- Once you get out of made groups friends can be harder to make or find the time to develop new friendships.

- Parents, child, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins
- Acquaintanceships – a slight friendship with somebody or knowledge of something
- These might be our neighbors, co-workers, friends we make in passing

- Respect in a relationship means that you both hold each other in high regards.
- Trust in each other means you take each other at your word
- Affection in a healthy relationship is freely given and received. There is a balance
- Have you ever been in a toxic relationship? Research has shown that around 60% of us will stay in a bad relationship that we don’t find fulfilling at all. This can also be due to many habits of toxic and unhealthy relationships many people think are normal. This could be through what you saw at home, on tv or movies, in songs or any outlet you had an example of relationships.
