Host: Becca Stackhouse-Morson, CFLE, Stacked Intent - Owner and Educator and Turnkey Connections Group - Traffic & Accounting Manager 

Education: University of North Alabama: Master of Science in Family Studies and Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Behavioral Science. She is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE).

Professional Associations: A part of National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) and the Southeastern affiliate, Southeastern Council on Family Relations (SECFR), serving on the board. She serves on the Education and Enrichment, Family Policy and International sections. 

Who is Becca: Becca is a dedicated professional utilizing her CFLE designation and training to address the needs of children and parents to encourage proactive choices for behavioral change to create and establish opportunities, analytical, and relationship-oriented research methods, she specializes in creating hands-on programming and delivery to the community. Currently, Becca works to assist others as they intentionally stack life through relationships, nutrition, and finances. Becca grew up with two siblings in Alabama and she is in the middle. All three were competitive swimmers, lifeguards and furthered their love for water through becoming Scuba Diving certified. Now all three, plus Becca’s husband share a love for Jiu Jitsu and exercise. Her free time is filled with adventures outside and may include her three furry dogs. Becca is a traveler and developed compassion for those with different life experiences - she’s travelled the US extensively and been to China, Peru, Mexico and the Bahamas. Becca finds a reset in the kitchen either meal planning or baking, which is why she enjoys being a Pampered Chef Independent Consultant to help fill her kitchen with some of her favorite items. The meal planning became a huge key for Becca when she was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2012. She enjoys a perfectly balanced budget that helps her world go round. Becca cannot wait to provide tools to help you in your journey to become authentically YOU.

Education: Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College: Associate of Science; University of Georgia: Bachelor of Science & Masters of Science in Community Nutrition.

FACS Education Programming focus: Chronic Disease Prevention/Healthy Lifestyles; Food Safety and Preservation 

Her career focus is to establish community health collaborations to address the needs for education for chronic disease prevention and the importance of nutrition and an active lifestyle. Other goals of the FACS program is to provide food safety and sanitation resources through offering ServSafe training courses and distribution of research-based educational materials to her communities.   

Ashleigh brings a strong understanding of nutrition and being intentional in approaching one's lifestyle as she offers research based information.
